Our fundamental principles are simple, organic or biodynamic raw materials, old-fashioned manufacturing processes based on the work of the hand and the time. Our bread is meant to be an authentic and natural food. You can come to us from Tuesday to Saturday or in one of our partner boutiques of which you will find the list below. Our bread is certified organic.
Founded in 2016 by Dimitri Pierrot and Nicolas Scheidt, our organic bakery is the result of four years of research and experimentation. Our primary aim was to supply our restaurants, La Buvette and Café des Spores, with quality bread.
