Our concept

It seemed natural to try to offer our products to the general public. That is how Hopla Geiss Bakery was born. Our fundamental principles are simple, organic or biodynamic raw materials, old-fashioned manufacturing processes based on the work of the hand and the time. Our bread is meant to be an authentic and natural food. You can come to us from Tuesday to Saturday or in one of our partner boutiques of which you will find the list below. Our bread is certified organic.
